Do I have to commit to anything to book the call?
No. The call is free, no commitment, no follow-up unless you ask.
What size of business do you typically work with?
Established service businesses turning over £500k+ a year, anywhere in the UK or Costa Blanca. Smaller businesses welcome too — we’ll be honest if we’re not the right fit and signpost you to who is.
Do you take retainers?
Yes — every pillar is a monthly retainer with a fixed minimum term, usually 3 or 6 months. We don't lock people in beyond that.
Can we walk away if it isn't working?
Yes. Code, content, and CRM are yours — we hand them over without drama. We've never had to.
Do you work with US or non-EU clients?
Occasionally. We're optimised for UK + Costa Blanca, but we've shipped select international engagements when the brief and timezone fit. Ask us.
