The brief

United Kingdom Facilities Management Limited (UKFM) is a registered FM consultancy and operator that needs to surface for sector-specific search across the UK. The five verticals — energy hub, hard FM, soft FM, integrated FM, and helpdesk — each need to be discoverable in any of the UK's top 253 cities.

Why programmatic SEO works for FM

FM procurement is a highly local search. Buyers Google "[service] [city]" or "[service] near me" because they want a local provider with experience of that specific city's stock — its building age profile, its compliance regimes, its labour market.

That means the right play is not one big landing page — it's 1,265 specifically-targeted pages, each with the local context that makes the buyer feel they're in the right place.
