Who runs the coaching session — an account manager or a practitioner?
A senior practitioner who has shipped the work. Same person who would run your retainer if you switched to DFY. We don’t use account managers for delivery.
Can I switch from Coach to Cohort, or stack a Sprint on top?
Yes — switch at any cycle. Sprints stack on top of Coach or Cohort plans. Most teams start with Coach, add a Sprint when a launch hits, and graduate to Cohort if the team grows.
What happens if I have to cancel a session?
Reschedule with 24 hrs notice, or carry forward to the next week. We won’t bill you for missed sessions you couldn’t make.
How quickly can we start?
Typically within 7 days of yes. Sprints occasionally start same-day if we have capacity. Coach and Cohort require a 30-min discovery call and one written audit before the first session.
Is there a minimum term?
No. All DWY plans run on rolling monthly terms. Cancel any month with 30 days notice. Sprint is fixed two weeks.
What if my team is bigger than five people?
Cohort plans cap at five attendees per session for engagement reasons. For larger teams we recommend Cohort plus a Sprint for the wider group, or move to DFY where we run the function for you.
Will the practitioner sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before the discovery call if requested. We’ll never name your company in case studies without explicit written consent.
Do you do industry-specific coaching?
Yes — we work across the twelve industries listed on the home page (healthcare, property, professional services, hospitality, e-commerce, B2B, construction, automotive, education, financial services, fitness, food & bev). The custom course is built for your specific vertical.
