Can I move between DIY, DWY and DFY later?

Yes — that is the design. You can graduate up (DIY → DWY → DFY) at any cycle, or step down if you build internal capacity. We do not lock you into a tier; we lock the scope of the cycle you are in.

Are the playbooks really free? What’s the catch?

No catch. The 144 playbooks are open on the site, no email-gate. We make money on coaching and retainers, not on email lists. We ask for your email when you download a paid template, and you can unsubscribe with one click.

How is DWY different from a generic mastermind?

Two things. First, the practitioner running your sessions is the same person who would run your retainer if you switched to DFY — not a coach who has never shipped the work. Second, the course is custom-built for your industry, stack and team size; it isn’t a recycled cohort.

What happens at the end of a 90-day DFY cycle?

You get a written cycle review covering what was shipped, what moved, what didn’t, and a recommended scope for the next cycle. You can renew, change scope, switch to DWY, switch to DIY, or walk away with everything you own. No auto-renew.

Can I combine plans? E.g. DFY on SEO and DWY coaching on paid?

Yes. Most multi-pillar operators do this. We will quote each pillar separately and bundle the coaching call so it covers both pillars in one weekly session.

Do you offer a one-off audit before committing to anything?

Yes. A standalone written audit on any pillar costs £750 and takes 5–7 working days. If you sign for DWY or DFY within 30 days, the audit fee is credited against the first cycle.

Who owns the work?

You. All tools are industry-standard with logins in your name. All content, designs, code, copy, automations, dashboards and SOPs are yours from day one. We do not run anything proprietary on top of your stack.
