Two weeks. One senior practitioner. One hard deadline. Done.
A senior WDM practitioner embedded in your tools for ten working days — ships against a fixed sprint scope, hands you back a written 90-day continuation plan, and walks away. £3,000 per sprint, no minimums.
Three scenarios where a sprint beats a retainer.
A launch in 14 days
- Product launch, new location, seasonal campaign
- Hard deadline, fixed scope, no time for slow ramp-up
- Need server-side tracking, schemas and copy live by D-day
- Want a senior pair of hands inside your stack, fast
An audit + fix sprint
- You suspect tracking, schemas or attribution is broken
- One-off — want it fixed once, then run it yourselves
- Need a written hand-off your team can maintain
- Don’t want to commit to a retainer to find out
Trial before retainer
- You’re evaluating us against another agency
- Want to see how we work in your tools before committing
- Sprint fee credits against the first DFY cycle if you sign
- Walk-away test — no commitment, full IP transfer

- 1. Discovery audit — written within 48 hrs of yes, signed before sprint starts
- 2. Embedded practitioner — in your tools (Slack, Notion, GA, GSC, GTM) for 10 working days
- 3. Daily 15-min standup — voice or written, your choice
- 4. Sprint deliverables — against the fixed scope you signed off, shipped live
- 5. Written hand-off — how to maintain everything we shipped, with named owners
- 6. 90-day continuation plan — what to do next, in priority order, with success metrics
Six common questions about sprints.
How fast can a sprint start?
Typically within 5–7 days of yes. Same-day starts when we have capacity. The 48-hr discovery audit and signed scope must come first.
Can the sprint scope change mid-sprint?
No — that’s the point. Scope is fixed in writing before day one. If priorities change mid-sprint, we finish the original scope and propose a follow-on sprint.
What if the sprint scope is too big for 10 days?
We’ll quote a 2-sprint or 3-sprint package up front. Most scopes fit comfortably in 10 days; complex multi-pillar work fits in 20.
Does the sprint fee credit against a retainer?
Yes. If you sign for DWY (Coach or Cohort) or DFY (Foundation, Compound, Architect) within 30 days of sprint completion, the £3,000 sprint fee credits against the first cycle.
Who owns the work?
You. Every line of code, content, account, schema, and SOP is yours. We hand off all credentials and IP at the end of day ten.
Can multiple sprints run in parallel?
Yes — we can run two sprints in parallel for businesses with 5+ pillars. Each sprint has its own practitioner, fee, and scope.
