Layer three: weekly 30-minute review (what shipped, what's blocked, what's next). Layer four: monthly debrief with metrics. Six weeks to stand up, then the team runs it themselves with quarterly check-ins from us.
The cost of waiting

Reactive marketing produces compounding waste — most accounts repeat the same campaign mistakes 2-3 times a year because there's no debrief. That's 4-6 quarters of lessons unlearned every year.
